Just like famous celebrity couples, Taylor and Justin have their own nickname – Taystin. Their ceremony took place at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl with the beautiful Mt. Hood as their backdrop, followed by a fun trip down the Alpine Slide. It was definitely the first time I saw a bride cruising down a mountain in her wedding gown! Then everybody headed over to the Wildwood Recreation Site for their reception. Following the toasts, Taylor and Justin played the shoe game, revealing some little known facts about the two of them. It was the perfect low-key wedding for an easygoing couple.

Kyle and Brooke came all the way from Wisconsin just to get married in Central Oregon. Having visited the area before, Brooke knew this was the place for her wedding. Ironically Brian and I had our wedding in Wisconsin where all of our family lived even though we had moved to Oregon, so I could definitely relate to Brooke when it came to trying to plan a wedding from across the country. They had a really clear vision for their wedding day, and they went to all lengths to get it. Following a ceremony at the pond, they had a cocktail hour accompanied by Bend Event Sound. Kyle and Brooke had an impromptu first dance, and their guests joined in. Then there was first for us at Brasada Ranch… the wedding party and guests ate dinner on the trestle with the Cascade Mountains as a back drop to a beautiful sunset. The night ended with everyone circled around a bonfire just outside their room. Check back again to watch Kyle and Brooke’s wedding highlights video.
Joseph and Kelly referred to their wedding professionals as their Dream Team, and it resulted in an amazing wedding day. They had their ceremony out on Pronghorn Island with its beautiful views in every direction. There were plenty of happy tears shed as they exchanged their vows. Their guests enjoyed dinner and some rather telling speeches followed by a really sweet first dance and some great crowd dancing. Check back again to watch their wedding highlights video.
Same Day Edits are a hot trend in wedding videography. Never heard of them before? In short, a same day edit is a highlights video that we edit right on location at your wedding venue and then play for your guests at your reception. You might be thinking, Why would I want to watch a highlights video on the same day as my wedding? Many couples get lost in the moment during the ceremony and barely remember a thing. Chances are your guests either couldn’t hear you, couldn’t see you, or neither. Instead of waiting months for your wedding video to be ready, this is your opportunity to get a taste of your wedding video on your actual wedding day. It’s your own private screening with your loved ones. Another plus is that we can post your same day edit online within 12 hours of your wedding so those who can’t make it to your wedding can feel as if they were there. You still get your entire ceremony and edited reception videos on your wedding DVD, plus an extended highlights video that includes reception footage.
We can add a same day edit video, including a complimentary projector and screen rental, to most packages. Please check out our Same Day Edits web page or call for more details.
